About me
I am an uncertainty nullifier. I tear apart complex problems by merging research, strategy, storytelling, and visualization.
Photography. Illustration. Behavioural change.
A Colombian Strategic Designer that values the most honesty and passion. My love for design started when I saw for the first time automotive design sketches from Giovanni Michelotti, those lines and details drove me crazy. I needed to know how products I loved were created. Thus I was deeply interested in how objects carry meaning and how they guide users through their use. Later on, understanding affordances in both the physical and digital realms, guided my interest in human behaviour and human-driven design.

From those years I learned how powerful carefully crafted products/services were for users and how valuable tailored processes were.
I currently focus on understanding the way in which design can be used to improve users' lives, using behavioural design to help people bridge the gap from intention to action. I am interested in UX as a means of making products and services relevant for the users, grasping every detail of the journey, and delivering enjoyable interactions.
Throughout my journey, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with great people envisioning and delivering products and services which are born from, strategy, user research, contextmapping, service design, visual design, user experience, usability testing, and interface design.
Presently, I have been learning more about coffee and what makes a perfect cup. I Love journeying through mountains and taking photos of nature, reading and listening to podcasts, especially the ones that share inspiring stories about user experience.
